About Our Counselors
We are mental health professionals located within the Blaine Medical Center. We specifically work with adults and teens who are experiencing psychological and relational distress. Our counselors have extensive experience in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health settings, outpatient clinics, schools, forensics, hospitals, and collaborating with medical doctors in primary care facilities.
Our therapists have worked with trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, life change, career transition, ADHD, relationship issues, struggling teens, concerned parents, as well as many other presenting problems. We utilize evidenced based practices to optimize the likelihood of positive outcomes. Our clinical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), client-centered, trauma-informed, multicultural, strengths-based, mindfulness, meditation, and resiliency models.
